Washington, DC (September 24, 2024) – Today, Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) introduced a new strategic partnership with KPMG LLP, a US accounting, tax and advisory firm, as the organization’s Official Consulting & Advisory Partner, which is an extension of the collaboration that between these two companies. Under the new relationship, KPMG will use their organization’s expertise in driving value from innovation to help MSE define the future of sports by designing world-class fan experience, technology-based solutions , and social development. A multi-year partnership will exist across all Monumental businesses.

KPMG will play a major role in improving the fan experience and community impact of the current Capital One Arena, home of the Washington Capitals (NHL) and Washington Wizards (NBA). KPMG will also guide the extensive technology transition and development of the arena and the expansion of Monumental’s business and hospitality operations in downtown Washington, DC.
