Streaming Platform Available at Florida Broadcast Center, Four Preseason Games Will Be Free to Start. September 27th
SUNRISE, Fla., September 24, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — The Florida Panthers, ViewLift and Scripps Games announced today that ‘Panthers Plus,’ the new mobile app and official home of the team, is now available on web browser, iOS, Android, AppleTV, Roku and Amazon Fire TV. Additional Samsung TV and LG TV platforms are expected to be announced and added in the coming weeks by ViewLift, the Panthers’ digital partner. The Panthers Plus Season Pass is available for purchase now at PanthersPlus.TV.
‘Panthers Plus’ will provide free access to the Cats before the game September 27th to Carolina, September 28th vs Carolina, September 30th vs. Tampa Bay and Oct. 2 to Tampa Bay. Access to Panthers studio shows and other content not produced in-house will be free for registered users.
By purchasing a Panthers Plus Season Pass, fans visiting PanthersPlus.TV will have access to 70 live Panthers games in your area. For regular season broadcasts, fans can purchase a full season pass (70 games, plus the first round of the playoffs if the Panthers qualify) $69.99. Games on Panthers Plus will only be available within the Panthers’ local broadcast area. Games shown exclusively on national television by NHL rights holders ESPN, ESPN+ and TNT will not be available for viewing on this application.
In partnership with Scripps Sports, it will distribute the games over the air and on cable from Key West on the Treasure Coast and Ft Myers, this new streaming service will improve fan engagement with more viewing options.
